Our products are produced according to IFRA safety standards and have been tested by RIFM. All used flavors of the Super Smellies™ are IFRA Compliant and completely free of CMR substances.
Our application is scaled in category 11. The doctor has no skin contact with the scented marker and applies the fragrance inside the mask. The patient then gets the mask on, with the softer edges against the face. The fragrance is in the hollow space, without direct skin contact.
Since the application is used at high percentages of oxygen, no alcohol is used in our products. These precautions make our products safe and reliable. We are so confident that this product is effective and meets the safety requirements when used correctly. It is not a medical device, but a cosmetic product.

How does the scented marker for anesthesia masks work?
Only a professional / practitioner uses the marker. With this marker, a circle is drawn in the middle of the plastic breathing mask, leaving some fragrance behind. The professional then places the mask over the face of the patient, while the scent is in the hollow space and therefore makes no direct skin contact. When the patient inhales the gas mixture through the full face mask, the fragrance particles spread into the inhaled air.
